The Bishop Timon Knights of Columbus Council in Jackson will be serving a Chicken and Dumpling / Kettle Beef Dinner with all the trimmings on Sunday the 13th of January.  Serving is from 11:00 to 2:00.  Cost is $9.00 for adults, Children 6 to 12 $4.00, 5 and under free.  The Chicken and Dumplings are made fresh Sunday morning and the Kettle Beef is cooked in a real cast iron kettle.  Our deceased brother Leonard “Slim” Beussink cooked a lot of beef in these kettles and now his son Tim is carrying on the tradition.
